Meet Amy & The Team
A calling to help and heal has always been part of Amy Fossey’s life. After obtaining her nursing degree, Amy felt a desire to explore her creative side, and pursued a career in designing furniture. Her inspired style and keen eye resulted in Amy working with some of the top furniture stores in the nation. While she enjoyed designing immensely, she felt something was missing, and decided to find a path that would be the perfect union of both her creative drive and her continued desire to be part of helping people in need. After having bought her first healing crystal in 2008, she decided to learn all she could about the power of crystals and their role in holistic healing and harnessing energy. Her study of crystals led her to start making jewelry for friends and family, and as word of mouth spread about her wonderful custom pieces, the proverbial lightning bolt struck, and Rock with Me was born.
Early favorite pieces like the Hormone bracelet, the Insomnia Rockit, the Cold and Flu kit and the Protection bracelet led to more and more requests and an expansion of Amy’s creative spirit and offerings. Using her background in health and design, Amy has created a company that produces creations that are as beautiful to the eye as they are healing to the body and spirit. Amy wants you, her customers, to feel you are a part of her spiritual venture. This is why she includes two rose quartz hearts with every package purchased from Rock with Me: one for gratitude from her, the other for you to pass on the love.
ROCK WITH ME TEAM
Social Content Manager
A drive to succeed, coupled with a passion for helping people is what motivates Katie Sigerud. A champion Cross-Country runner, Katie is currently ranked 5th in the state of Minnesota for running the mile, and her high school team was the recent Minnesota State Champions. She brings this same dedication to her work with Impact Nutrition, managing the social media and promotions for the brand as well as assisting in all aspects of the marketing, advertising and sales. Katie’s commitment to helping others extends to volunteering her time each summer at a Bible school camp, and her generous spirit was recently recognized with a nomination for the Courtesy and Kindness Award at her school. She is particularly excited to be combining her love of fitness and nutrition by running this summer’s Impact Nutrition Boot Camp. We are thrilled to have her youthful energy and spirit as part of our team!
Hannah Breckenridge has always been motivated by a creative spirit. With a flair for design and a fondness for the uncommon, Hannah started Coin Gypsy, a clothing line that specializes in taking recycled flannel shirts and giving them new life by adding unique touches like flared sleeves and vintage fabrics to give them an updated, customized appeal. Her passion for renovation led her to restoring a 1964 Shasta camper and turning it into The Lemon Drop Traveling Photo Booth, and this mobile labor of love travels Minnesota making frequent stops at weddings, graduations and block parties. Hannah is thrilled to be bringing her artistic talents and instincts to the Rock with Me team. Hannah describes her style as being “fun and edgy”, and with each bracelet she strings by hand, she creates a one-of-a-kind piece that she hopes will make a positive impact on the wearers’ lives, helping them to be their very best self.
