Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. However, if something didn’t work out, no worries – please follow the steps below to return or exchange your items. 

All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase in the same packaging (plastic bag and spike pouch) and in good condition. Once received, please allow 10 business days for the items to be processed and refunded back to the card you purchased on.

Refunds are not fully processed until returned item has been received. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All Sale items and coupon codes (one code per customer per order) are final and do not qualify for a return.

Please keep in mind, if you are exchanging an item, the availability for your desired exchange may differ at the time of processing. If something is no longer available, a customer representative will contact you to select a new item.

If an item is damaged we would need to be notified within 48 hours and a picture of proof needs to be emailed to customerservice@rockwithme.store

*Rock with Me is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or items. We recommend insuring shipments and gathering tracking information.
